UEPC holds biannual meetings in Rome (Italy)
From Wednesday 8 until Friday 10 November 2017, UEPC will hold its biannual meetings at the Starhotels Metropole in Rome, Italy. On Wednesday, delegates from UEPC member countries will hold Working Groups on Fair Competition & State Aid, and VAT rates. On Thursday, the Working Group will gather to brainstorm about Energy & Environment. During the Joint Committee meeting on Thursday, the Belgian federation UPSI-BVS will give a presentation on "Building permits for new private housing", the German federation BFW will give a presentation on "Scarcity of land in Germany - Land suitable for development is limited", the Polish federation PZFD will give a presentation on "Developer's liability for physical defects of real estate". Mr. Michele Gianni, from the Roman federation ACER will give a keynote speech on "Commercialisation on the Roman market". On Friday, the Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings will discuss internal matters. Members will also participate to a development tour, which includes Horti della Marcigliana and Porto Fluviale 71.
